Referral Program – Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility: Referrers must be a current VIITE current student and are of unconditional standing. This means that the student is no longer under conditional offer and has officially enrolled with the school.
2. Referral Process: Referrers agree to provide accurate and complete information of the referred person. Referrals must be made via the official referral form and should directly apply through the school without assistance from third-party agents. VIITE’s admissions team will reach out with the steps to process enrolment.
3. Referral Qualification: A referral is qualified only when the referred person has officially enrolled at VIITE on their intended intake date.
4. Referral Rewards: Student referrers need to be eligible in order to be qualified. Referred students need to be enrolled for referrals to be made qualified to receive $250 OFF their current tuition fee balance. Students will be notified by the school administration.
5. Conduct: Referrers agree not to engage in misleading or deceptive conduct regarding the referral program or the services provided by the school.
6. Compliance: Referrers must comply with school requirements and processes with regards to enrolments and admissions.
7. Privacy: Referrers consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of their personal information and the referred person’s information in accordance with the school (VIITE) Privacy Policy for the purposes of administering the referral program.
8. Termination: The Victorian International Institute of Technical Education has the right to modify or terminate the referral program if the referred students did not comply with the school requirements such as enrolment and visa application.
9. Limitation of Liability: The Victorian International Institute of Technical Education is not responsible for any loss, damages, or costs incurred by referrers or referred persons in connection with the referral program.
10. General: Participation in the referral program implies acceptance of these terms and conditions.
