VIITE and Allara Global Establish Strategic Partnership to Expand Mental Fitness, Digital Learning and Professional Development Opportunities

Victorian International Institute of Technical Education (VIITE) has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Allara Global Pty Ltd, establishing a strategic partnership to explore collaboration in mental health, mental fitness, workforce wellbeing, education, professional development, and digital learning. The partnership reflects a shared commitment to improving mental wellbeing outcomes through evidence-based education, innovative learning experiences, and industry engagement initiatives.

The Memorandum of Understanding was formally signed by Dr Daman Shrivastav, Chief Executive Officer of VIITE, and Prof. Jane Burns, Chief Strategy & Growth Officer and Enterprise Professor at Allara Global, marking the beginning of a collaborative relationship focused on expanding access to evidence-based mental health and mental fitness learning experiences across education, corporate, and community sectors.

Under the partnership, VIITE and Allara Global will explore opportunities to utilise and develop digital learning content, promote Mental Fitness Masterclasses, support professional development programmes, and create educational resources that strengthen mental wellbeing, workforce capability, and resilience. The collaboration will also explore opportunities for joint thought leadership, industry engagement, and community impact initiatives.

Based in Australia, VIITE is a vocational education and training provider committed to delivering industry-focused education and training while supporting learner engagement and workforce development. Under the partnership, VIITE will contribute expertise in vocational education, training delivery, learner engagement, and educational programme development, while identifying opportunities to integrate relevant licensed content into its learning ecosystem.

Allara Global brings expertise in mental fitness, mental health education, and digital learning content. As part of the collaboration, Allara Global may make selected content and resources available for evaluation and potential licensing, participate in the design and delivery of Mental Fitness Masterclasses, and contribute subject matter expertise, speakers, and industry insights.

The partnership reflects the shared vision of both organisations to expand access to high-quality, evidence-based mental health and mental fitness education. Through the MoU, the parties will explore opportunities to develop digital learning content, short courses and micro-credentials, workforce wellbeing resources, research translation materials, educational toolkits, and mental fitness educational campaigns.

The collaboration will also provide opportunities for the development of podcasts and video series, expert interviews and discussions, industry commentary, thought leadership publications, case studies, and educational media content focused on mental wellbeing, resilience, workforce capability, and lifelong learning.
