VIITE Signs Memorandum of Agreement (MoA) with Don Sherman Institute to Expand Culinary and Hospitality Education Opportunities

Victorian International Institute of Technical Education (VIITE) has officially launched its Australian Commercial Cookery and Hospitality Management courses in Sri Lanka through a Memorandum of Agreement (MoA) with Don Sherman Institute (DSI), reinforcing its commitment to expanding access to internationally recognised vocational education across the region.

The Memorandum of Agreement was formally signed by Dr. Daman Shrivastav, Chief Executive Officer of VIITE, and Chef Don Sherman, Founder of Don Sherman Institute, marking the beginning of a strategic partnership focused on delivering high-quality education and industry-relevant training for aspiring hospitality professionals.

Under this collaboration, students in Sri Lanka will have the opportunity to undertake Australian vocational qualifications in Commercial Cookery and Hospitality Management through Don Sherman Institute, providing a pathway to internationally recognised education, practical skills development, and enhanced career opportunities within the global hospitality industry.
