The partnership establishes a collaborative framework to provide structured Work-Based Training (WBT) opportunities for students enrolled in Hospitality Management programs. Through this agreement, students will gain valuable supervised workplace learning experiences at Think Asia Group’s hospitality operations
The MoU reflects a shared commitment to developing industry-ready graduates by combining quality vocational education with real-world workplace experience. Students will have the opportunity to strengthen their practical skills in commercial hospitality environments while receiving guidance from experienced industry professionals.
Under the agreement, VIITE Pty Ltd will prepare students for placement, monitor their learning progress, provide assessment and training support, and ensure all placement requirements are met. Think Asia Group will provide a safe and supportive workplace, experienced supervision, workplace induction, and meaningful learning opportunities aligned with industry standards.
Beyond student placements, the partnership will foster broader collaboration through industry guest lectures, demonstration classes, hospitality masterclasses, joint culinary projects, hospitality innovation initiatives, and the expansion of Work-Based Training opportunities across suitable Think Asia Group venues.
